Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. For larger furniture pieces or custom upholstery, lead times may vary between 4-8 weeks depending on the artisan's schedule.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We accept returns on most decorative items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please note that custom-made items and final sale furniture are non-returnable.
Do you offer interior design consultations?
Yes, Acres Market & Interiors offers both virtual and in-person design consultations. You can book a session through our 'Design Services' page to help curate your space.
Are your products sustainably sourced?
We prioritize working with artisans and manufacturers who use reclaimed woods, organic textiles, and ethical production methods to ensure your home is as eco-friendly as it is beautiful.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If you notice any damage, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer international shipping for our smaller decor collections soon.
