At Acres Market & Interiors, we want you to love your home curation. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once we inspect the returned furniture or decor, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
